Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management; CCM certification preferred.
• 10‑hour OSHA Safety course preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Act as Owner Agent to provide construction management and inspection services.
• Conduct project meetings and manage construction field personnel.
• Negotiate and approve construction change orders.
• Prepare and issue reports and correspondence.
