Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Application Resident Engineer to join a global team, integrating cutting-edge mobility technologies at customer sites. You will work hands-on with radar, ADAS, RF calibration, and software development in support of OEM programs.

The role requires a strong engineering background, collaboration across international teams, and the ability to test and validate complex automotive systems in lab and field environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering).
• 3+ years of mobility-based controls / systems engineering with CAN experience.
• 1+ year experience with Automotive OEM applications and process.
• Proficient communication skills in both oral and written form.
• Strong presentation skills to an internal team and customer audience.
• 3+ Years experience in vehicle-level calibration of RF technologies (preferred).
• 1+ year Experience in Digital Key applications (preferred).
• Proficiency with Python programming language (preferred).
• Experience with automation tools (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Bosch and automotive OEMs, conducting hands-on work at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues involving electrical, electronic, and software systems using CAN.
• Perform rigorous physical testing in lab and field with test vehicles.
• Communicate findings and project status through presentations and reports for global teams and customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide field feedback on automotive technologies.
• Support ADAS development, radar integration, calibration, and validation activities.
