Job summary

Bosch USA is seeking an Application Resident Engineer to join a global, well-established team. You will engage directly with automotive OEMs at customer sites to enable the integration of cutting-edge mobility technologies and ADAS features.

You will diagnose complex electrical, electronic, and software systems, rely on MATLAB/Simulink, CANalyzer, C++, and Python, and contribute to field testing and validation efforts across lab and real-world environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering.
• 3+ years in mobility-based controls/systems with CAN experience.
• 1+ year experience with Automotive OEM applications and processes.
• Proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical liaison between Bosch and automotive OEMs, at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve complex electrical, electronic, and software issues using CAN-based approaches.
• Conduct lab and field testing, including daily hands-on interaction with vehicles.
• Communicate technical findings and project status to internal global teams and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to improve mobility solutions and ADAS technologies.
