Horrocks is seeking a Resident Engineer in Reno, NV to own highway construction projects from start to finish. You will interpret design specs, lead field activities, and ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence within a multifaceted team environment.
Eligible candidates bring a BS in Civil Engineering, EIT certification, and experience with AASHTO criteria; Nevada PE license preferred. MSHA training is required or trainable by Horrocks.

Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 / year
Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.
