Horrocks is seeking a Resident Engineer in Reno, NV to take ownership of highway and road projects from start to finish. You will oversee design interpretation, manage field changes, and coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
The ideal candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, be an EIT with Nevada PE preferred, and possess strong communication and organizational skills. Onsite work, MSHA training, and exposure to AASHTO criteria are expected.

Compensation: $135,000 - $175,000 / year
Unmatched Comp Time Policy: Hours worked over 40 in a week can be reimbursed as additional pay at an equivalent hourly rate or banked as additional PTO.
