Responsibilities

• Regular, on-site attendance as scheduled.
• Maintain knowledge of Hawthorn Senior Living Employee Handbook and comply with policies.
• Plan, prepare for, and implement activities with diverse categories (physical, intellectual, creative, social).
• Coordinate monthly calendars/newsletters and distribute to residents.
• Invite and remind residents about activities; lead activities when needed.
• Recruit and supervise volunteers; develop community involvement and ambassadors program.
• Coordinate facility events, decorations, and bulletin boards; ensure safety and organization of activity spaces.
