Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of direct experience coordinating, planning, and executing programs for adults.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required depending on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develop a monthly calendar with residents based on their interests.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan and execute events (holiday, family, educational, marketing).
• Schedule meaningful resident engagement activities outside the community as needed.
