Covenant Living at the Holmstad in Batavia, IL is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support SNF, AL, and Residential Living activities. You will help plan and run engaging programs, assist with event setup and cleanup, and accompany residents on activities and outings.

Qualifications

• Preferred Degree: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience: Entry Level.
• Requires ability to work in an office/community setting and engage residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and implementing life enrichment programs for SNF, AL, and Residential Living.
• Set up and decorate for events; help with materials and room arrangements.
• Lead programs such as exercise, arts and crafts, and social events; track attendance.
