Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant to support activity programs for SNF, AL, and Residential Living. You will assist in planning and leading events, setting up spaces, and ensuring activities run smoothly. Interaction with residents for one-on-one visits and group programs is expected.

The role emphasizes creativity, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a communal setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and implement life enrichment programs.
• Lead various activities (exercise, arts, crafts, social events) and accompany residents to events.
• Record attendance and assist with room setup, decor, and cleanup.
• Transport residents to activities and assist in care planning as needed.
