Brookdale Senior Living is seeking a Resident Engagement Coordinator (Finance) to foster meaningful connections with residents and coordinate engagement programs. You will partner with residents to develop calendars of activities, support event planning with the leadership team, and create engaging experiences across the community.

The role emphasizes a person-centered approach, strong organizational skills, and collaboration with various departments to drive resident satisfaction and wellness

Qualifications

• Direct experience coordinating, planning and executing programs for adults.
• Strong interpersonal and community engagement skills.
• Ability to lead calendar-driven events and activities.

Responsabilités

• Utilize a person-centered approach to engage residents.
• Develop a monthly calendar of activities in partnership with residents.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan, coordinate and execute special events.
• Arrange meaningful resident engagement opportunities outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
