Responsibilities

• Utilize person-centered approach to build relationships with residents.
• Develop a monthly calendar in partnership with residents based on shared interests.
• Collaborate with community leadership to plan, coordinate, and execute events (holiday, family, educational, and other marketing events).
• Plan and schedule meaningful opportunities for resident engagement outside the community, including driving a community vehicle.
