• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to determine appropriate activity levels.
• Prepare spaces and organize activity supplies and equipment.
• Lead and document individual and group activities and record participation and outcomes.
