Responsibilities

• Lead engaging programs by organizing and executing activities, events, and entertainment for residents.
• Promote participation by communicating upcoming activities and events to residents.
• Tailor activities to resident needs by assessing cognitive and physical abilities to ensure inclusivity.
• Prepare for success by setting up activity spaces and ensuring supplies are ready.
• Lead and document activities such as arts and crafts, games, music sessions, exercises, and social gatherings.
