Responsibilities

• Resident teachers partner with an experienced teacher across the school year.
• Engage in whole-group, small-group, and individualized instruction and intervention.
• Possess substitute teaching responsibilities within their school and partner teaching with a veteran teacher.
• Receive intensive coaching to accelerate learning in the first year with the goal of moving to a home-base position in future years.
