Job summary

Spring Lake Park Schools is seeking a 1.0 FTE Long-Term Substitute (LTS) elementary teacher for the period ~8/24/2026–12/17/2026 in the Minneapolis area. The position involves partnering with an experienced teacher and delivering whole group, small group, and individualized instruction while supporting diverse learners.

Coaching will accelerate learning toward a home-base role. The candidate should hold a B.A./B.S.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate must have earned a B.A. or B.S. degree and holds or is eligible for a Minnesota State Licensure in Elementary Education.
• Commitment to the equitable education of all students.
• Creative planning and organizational skills.
• Highly effective interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
