Job summary

Veritas Management Group is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dietary services in our facility. You will assist in meal service, portion control, and food preparation under the direction of the dietitian and kitchen staff.

This role requires attention to cleanliness, safe handling of food, and the ability to work in a busy, resident-centered environment with flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Kitchen experience preferred.
• Cleaning experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in meal service and ensure timely delivery to residents.
• Assist in food preparation and daily meal setup.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
• Assist in setting up meal trays, carts, and dining areas.
• Help check diet trays before distribution and ensure proper portion control.
• Follow dietary policies and procedures and coordinate with kitchen/dietary staff.
