Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with menu selections and beverage service, and maintain a clean dining environment in Roanoke, VA.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training and development opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously.
• Assist residents with menu selections and beverage service.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and reset tables after meals.
• Handle tray service and assist with basic food preparation as needed.
• Report equipment or ware issues to supervisor.
• Respect resident confidentiality.
