Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a friendly Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals, assist with menu orders, beverages, and dining room cleanup. The role involves basic food handling, tray service, and attentive care to residents with mobility or memory needs.

Requires ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and flexible evenings/weekends/holidays. Pay ranges from $17.00 to $17.50 per hour with fulltime and part-time benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and carry heavy objects for 20 ft.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals courteously to residents and guests.
• Provide beverage service and assist with tray service.
• Clean and reset dining room; sweep/mop/vacuum kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
