Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will work as part of a caring team, following dietary guidelines and portion sizes to support resident well-being.

This role emphasizes food safety, resident interaction, and reliability. High school diploma preferred; ServSafe or Food Handler certification may be required by state.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous food service experience preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and meal service to residents.
• Prepare salads and chop vegetables as needed.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment and dining areas.
• Follow food safety guidelines and portion control.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents and staff.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
