Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to assist with meal prep and service in a long-term care facility. You will support residents' dietary needs and contribute to a pleasant dining experience. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to safety guidelines, and positive interactions with residents, staff, and guests.

Prior food service is a plus, but training is provided. HCSG offers ongoing hands-on training and development, plus benefits for all employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with staff.
• Comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portions.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer service to residents, staff, and guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
