Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess unit service needs regarding food, paper, dishware and sanitation.
• Restock cabinets with diet lists, menus and supplies.
• Set up service areas, take temps and record as needed.
• Serve resident meals according to CNA orders.
• Clean service areas and all utensils after meals.
• Return soiled items and unused food to the dish room; sanitize after meals.
• Take inventory for next shift and place in kitchen mailbox.
• Complete unit sanitation checklist and hand to supervisor.
