Job summary

Forefront in the United States is seeking a dining services associate to set up dining areas and trays for meal services, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines and dietary restrictions.

You will assist cooks, deliver meal carts, record temperatures, maintain sanitation, and follow all regulations including HIPAA and facility policies.

The role is hourly with variable shifts including days, evenings, some weekends and holidays, requiring reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience following health and safety regulations.
• Ability to follow dietary restrictions and food safety guidelines.
• Record temperatures accurately and maintain sanitary areas.

Responsibilities

• Assist the cook/supervisor with food prep and service using guidelines.
• Deliver residents’ meal carts and set up/clean dining areas.
• Record refrigerator temperatures and stock as needed.
• Wash and store dishes; support kitchen sanitation.
• Be knowledgeable of Federal, State, and Community rules and procedures.
• Follow Health and Safety regulations and HIPAA; adhere to policies.
• Attend department meetings as required.
• Show accountability for personal and professional growth and any required certifications.
• Complete mandatory training and competencies annually.
