Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Server at its Mechanicsville, VA location to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room setup.

You will take orders, provide beverages, assist with tray service, follow safety and confidentiality policies, and maintain a clean, organized work area. This role offers a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under close supervision.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with dining room setup.
• Provide beverages and assist with tray service.
• Report any broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
• Interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
