Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Server and customer service background.
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines required.
• Able to operate cookware, bakeware and cooking appliances.
• Strong communication and good physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing food in quantities per menu and number of residents.
• Set up dining room as instructed and greet residents.
• Prepare salads and beverages and present daily specials.
• Take resident orders and serve meals in a timely manner.
• Ensure food is prepared correctly and to residents' satisfaction.
• Clean eating areas, workspaces, equipment and utensils.
• Store food safely and report issues to Food Services Director.
• Follow sanitation standards and attend required meetings.
