Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a part-time server to deliver dining services to residents in a caring, professional manner.

The position features weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) with 10–15 hours per week and a starting wage of $15.14 per hour. You will perform table service, assist residents with dining needs, and help maintain a pleasant dining experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to engage respectfully with older adults in a dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform table service and maintain relationships with residents based on serving standards.
• Serve meals to residents in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Assist residents with dining needs while delivering prompt service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure residents have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.
