Westminster Woods on Julington Creek in Jacksonville, FL is hiring a part-time server to deliver dining services to residents in a caring, professional manner.

The position features weekend work (Saturdays and Sundays) with 10–15 hours per week and a starting wage of $15.14 per hour. You will perform table service, assist residents with dining needs, and help maintain a pleasant dining experience.

TheServer provides exemplary service of food and beverages to older adult residents and guests in a senior dining setting. New starting wage of $15.14/hour.

Schedule: Part-Time, 10-15 hours/week, Saturdays and Sundays required

SERVER RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform table service and excellent customer relations based on established serving standards and guidelines.
• Perform table service in a friendly, caring, professional and timely manner.
• Serve the resident’s meal according to the meal ticket.
• Assist residents with all dining needs while performing table service.
• Perform light cleaning and stocking duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Ensure that all residents being served have a pleasant and delightful dining experience.

SERVER QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Students working towards a High School Diploma are eligible for this position)
• Full understanding of food service methods in a high-volume full-service dining environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with older adults in a dining setting
