Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to assist in all culinary functions and ensure quality nutritional services are provided daily in a clean, safe setting. The role supports residents with meals and participates in events while maintaining high standards of sanitation and infection control.

Must read/write/speak English; high school diploma preferred; on-the-job training provided; alcohol service experience required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food service experience a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Experience serving alcohol is required.

Responsabilités

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assists in serving meals and delivers food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas, and works in serveries.
• Serves food in accordance with established portion control procedures.
• Maintains culinary work areas and equipment in a clean, sanitary, and safe manner.
• Assists in daily or scheduled cleaning duties as needed and directed by supervisor.
• Assists in executing special events and participating in their planning and preparation.
