Job summary

Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily dining operations for residents. You will assist in serving meals, deliver food carts, and help maintain clean, sanitary kitchens while following safety guidelines.

On-the-job training is provided; a high school diploma is preferred, and English is required. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of scheduled duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in food service a plus, but not required.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Must read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks in a palatable, appetizing way.
• Assists in serving meals and delivering food carts, trays, and supplies.
• Serves food according to established portion control procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, and safe work areas and equipment.
• Assists with daily or scheduled cleaning duties as directed.
• Assists in planning and preparing special events and meals.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
• Maintains current records and documentation per standards.
