Ohio Living is seeking a Culinary and Nutritional Service Associate I or II to support daily dining operations. The role focuses on preparing, portioning, and delivering meals, ensuring a palatable presentation, and maintaining clean, sanitary kitchen and service areas.

You will assist with special events, help with menu management, and uphold high standards of quality and resident service in a supportive health-care dining environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsabilidades

• Performs day-to-day culinary functions to serve meals and snacks that are palatable and appetizing in appearance.
• Assists in serving meals as necessary and delivers food carts, trays, etc. to designated areas and works in serveries.
• Serves food according to established portion control procedures.
• Maintains clean, sanitary, and safe work areas and equipment; assists in daily cleaning duties.
• Assists in executing special events and participating in their planning and preparation.
• Distributes, collects, and counts menus as necessary.
• Maintains current records through use of computers or other documentation in compliance with standards and regulations.
