Responsibilities

• Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfaction.
• Greet guests warmly and manage dining area flow and seating.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per policies; assist with food preparation and service as needed.
• Direct guests to tables, present menus, and assist with drink selection while noting dietary needs.
• Ensure safety and adherence to health codes during all dining operations.
