Job summary

Vivie is seeking a Server to join our culinary team in a community setting in Onalaska, WI. You will help residents choose meals, ensure a clean dining area, and provide welcoming service during shift rotations from 7am–2pm and 4pm–7pm.

Responsibilities include assisting with seating, maintaining sanitation, and supporting dining operations while complying with safety protocols and participating in ongoing training. Prior experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow safety and infection control procedures.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, residents and guests.
• Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional dining service; assist with seating and meal selection.
• Set and clear tables, maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas.
• Communicate proactively with residents and team members.
• Participate in special projects and attend training sessions as required.
