Qualifications

• 1+ year of management experience.
• Experience in food service, hospitality, senior living, healthcare dining, or related operational leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead teams effectively.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop dining team members.
• Recruit, train, and manage employee performance.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Oversee daily dining operations and develop service plans.
• Manage food production, service delivery, and menu execution.
• Build relationships with residents, clients, and leadership.
• Own budget performance and monitor food/labor costs.
• Ensure compliance with Aramark standards and regulatory requirements.
