Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop dining team members.
• Recruit, train, and manage employee performance.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are maintained.
• Oversee daily dining operations and budget performance.
• Develop and implement dining service plans and menu execution.
• Build relationships with residents, clients, and leadership.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and service recovery as needed.
• Maintain compliance with Aramark standards and food safety requirements.
