Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide dietary services to residents and internal/external customers.
• Demonstrate leadership and accountability for quality food service.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary dietary department.
• Serve meals according to therapeutic diets and ensure appetizing presentation.
• Ensure servings match residents' choices and portion sizes.
• Ensure items are available and prepared as ordered.
• Adhere to dress standards and attend meetings and training.
• Promote service excellence and resident satisfaction.
• Comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain communication with management on situations.
• Keep dining areas clean and sanitary; monitor beverage supplies.
• Complete required e-learning within assigned time frame.
