Job summary

• Assemble and verify patient trays according to Room Service guidelines, targeting 98% accuracy.
• Deliver meal trays to patients following tray passing procedures.
• Clean and sanitize workstations according to Sodexo, BVHS, and regulatory standards.
• Maintain accurate records for food temperatures, equipment, and production logs.
• Initiate tasks promptly and complete work efficiently, meeting deadlines.
• Attend monthly safety inservices and follow daily safety practices.
• Attend monthly meetings and document inservices, mandatories, and competencies.
