Job summary

Asbury Springhill, a part of Asbury Communities, Inc., seeks a full-time dining room associate to support meal service in a resident-centered environment.

You will take and deliver orders, assist with setup, and ensure sanitation while delivering friendly, responsive customer service to residents.

The role offers a steady day shift 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, competitive hourly pay, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Serving, kitchen, or food service experience (preferred)
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Strong customer service skills and guest satisfaction focus
• Knowledge of food sanitation and hygiene practices
• Reliable, punctual, professional demeanor

Responsibilities

• Take and deliver food and beverage orders in a restaurant-style setting
• Assist in dining room/catering setup
• Engage with residents and learn their preferences
• Record and track meal counts and logs
• Maintain supplies and ensure sanitation standards
