Job summary

Asbury Communities is seeking a full-time server to join our dining team. The role supports serving and coordinating with other servers to deliver meals and ensure resident satisfaction. You will learn residents’ preferences and maintain log sheets, stock supplies, and uphold sanitation standards.

Qualifications

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-Time Position (80 hours biweekly).
• Hours: 6:00am-2:30pm; every other weekend required
• Pay: $17.50/hour.

Job Description

• Always works with and supports other servers and coordinators.
• Responsible for taking and delivering food and beverage orders in meal service
• Exhibits positive customer service by engaging with residents/customers and becoming familiar withtheir preferences
• Consistently completes entry into all log sheets as required i.e. meal counts, dishwasher temperature, etc.
• Records and stocks supplies in service areas, as needed
• Practices standards of food sanitation, infection control, and quality assurance
• Trains staff as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Restaurant operations, services, and facilities.
• Prior serving experience of minimum 2 years required
