Job summary

You will serve meals with proper portions, assist with food prep and cleaning, set up dining areas, and help with catering or buffet functions.

Qualifications

• Food service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals palatable and appetizing with proper portions.
• Provide Platinum Service to residents, guests and staff.
• Prepare food according to sanitary regulations and policies.
• Assist in daily and scheduled cleaning duties.
• Set up meal trays, food carts and the dining room as instructed.
• Distribute and collect menus as necessary.
• Deliver food carts and trays to designated areas.
• Assist with bussing tables during meals.
• Maintain a clean work area and kitchen by sweeping and mopping.
