Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and dietary needs.
• Supervise dietary staff in the absence of directors.
• Maintain sanitation, proper food handling and temperature records.
• Monitor portions, waste and inventory; report faulty equipment.
• Attend in-service trainings and adapt to resident dietary requests.
