Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services.
• Serv-Safe certification completed or willing to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Ability to read, write and perform simple calculations.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to approved menus and recipes.
• Maintain a clean, orderly kitchen and supervise staff in absence of director.
• Follow safety and sanitation practices and monitor temperatures.
• Attend in-service trainings and staff meetings.
