Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to support the culinary team in our Bread Basket dining concept. You will deliver meals to residents, interact during meals, and help maintain a clean dining area and dishwashing workflow.

The role is full-time or part-time with daily pay options and benefits starting after 30 days. Successful candidates will have a Food Handlers Card or be willing to obtain one, and demonstrate strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
