Job summary

Bickford Senior Living is seeking a Server to support our culinary team in a restaurant-style dining experience called the “Bread Basket.” The role includes serving residents, interacting with them during meals, and keeping the dining area clean and organized.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with benefits varying by status. Pay is available daily, and PTO eligibility applies. Join our caring team and help enrich residents’ dining experiences daily.

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Demonstrates a learner's mindset and openness to training.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic dining environment.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s cleanliness expectations.
