Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Crown Point, IN is seeking a friendly Server to support our culinary team in a restaurant-style Bread Basket dining setting for residents.

You will serve food timely, interact with residents, help with dishwashing, and keep dining areas clean. A Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one is required; strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills help you shine in this caring, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
