Job summary

Join Bickford Senior Living as a Server for the Evening shift, supporting our culinary team in the Bread Basket dining experience. You will help serve meals, interact with residents, and maintain dining-room cleanliness in a warm, home-like setting.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience or aptitude.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Positive, caring demeanor in a senior living setting.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely using Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet Bickford’s expectations for cleanliness.
