Responsibilities

• Assist the dietary department with food preparation, serving, and cleanup.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
• Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and resident preferences.
• Assist with inventory management, food ordering, and storage.
• Collaborate with the dietary team to create a positive dining experience for residents.
• Keep accurate records of food temperatures, inventory levels, and cleaning schedules.
