Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Dietary Aide in Texas to support dining services for residents under the direction of the Certified Dietary Manager. You will help prepare and serve meals, stock carts, and assist with tray pass and cleanup, following state guidelines and universal precautions.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and efficient kitchen operations, with a focus on resident dining and food handling standards. A Texas Food Handler Certificate is preferred to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Texas Food Handler Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and cooking following safety guidelines.
• Prepare and serve beverages to residents.
• Set up and pass trays for meal service.
• Stock snack cart and buss tables/ trays.
• Clean kitchen work area and perform dishwashing.
• Follow proper handwashing guidelines.
• Handle cleaning after meals and assist with cleanup.
