Job summary

Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking a Dietary Aide to prepare and serve meals for residents in a long-term care facility. You will follow dietary guidelines, maintain hygiene, and deliver friendly service to residents and staff.

Responsibilities include food prep, serving portions, and maintaining clean dining areas, with opportunities for hands-on training and career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• ServSafe or Food Handler certification required by state law.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and push/pull up to 50 pounds.
• Residency within the service area required.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables and preparing salads.
• Serve meals to residents according to dietary needs and portion sizes.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.
