Fountain House in New York City seeks a Residence Counselor to support residents in licensed apartments and foster a collaborative living environment. You will help develop and implement service plans, assist with daily living tasks, and support medication management for residents.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in human services or related field.
• Relevant experience in human services preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to residents on medication compliance and assist with developing medication management skills.
• Provide training and support with skills building including socialization, health services, daily living skills and assertiveness.
• Develop and assist in implementing service plans, reviewing progress and revising plans as needed.
• Assist residents with moving belongings into Fountain House licensed apartments.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
