Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred or 5+ years in health setting.
• Valid Tennessee Driver’s License and clean MVR.
• Criminal background check required.

Aufgaben

• Actively engage consumers during crisis and intervene.
• Maintain contact with consumers during treatment programs.
• Complete required paperwork by end of each shift.
• Advocate for consumer needs: benefits, TennCare, housing, appointments.
• Support understanding of psychiatric diagnosis and medications.
• Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment; monitor safety and behavior.
• Coordinate referrals to community resources and treatment teams.
• Participate in team meetings and training; communicate with staff.
