Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP (WRA) is seeking a qualified Resident Construction Manager for sanitary sewer pumping station facility construction projects in the Baltimore Metropolitan Area. The RCM is responsible for providing daily construction management and inspection services for pumping station facilities including new construction, rehabilitation or upgrades, and related yard piping and civil site improvements.
Must be willing to work nights and overtime, when required by the project assignment.
This position requires the ability to perform a variety of physical tasks in the field as part of the essential job functions. Duties may include:
The work environment may include exposure to a range of environmental conditions, including high and low temperatures, precipitation and other outdoor elements. Work may also be performed in noisy conditions or confined/enclosed spaces.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $105,00.000 - $125,000.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location and/or experience.
